Pet Portraits Terms & Commissions
Please read the following terms before placing your commission. By booking, you agree to these conditions.
1. Booking & Payment
- A deposit of 30% is required before work begins.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the final artwork is delivered.
- Payments are non-refundable once work has started.
2. Reference Photos
- Customers must provide clear, high-quality photos of their pet.
- The final portrait will be created based on the photos supplied.
- I am not responsible for inaccuracies resulting from poor-quality reference images.
3. Revisions
- One round of minor revisions is included.
- Additional revisions may incur an extra charge.
- Major changes after approval of the initial design may require a new commission fee.
4. Turnaround Time
- Estimated completion times will be provided when the order is accepted.
- Delays may occur due to workload, illness, or circumstances beyond my control. Customers will be notified of any significant delays.
5. Delivery
- Digital portraits will be delivered electronically.
- Physical products will be shipped to the address provided by the customer.
- I am not responsible for delays or damage caused by postal or courier services.
6. Copyright & Usage
- The artist retains copyright of all artwork.
- Customers may use their portrait for personal use only.
- Artwork may not be reproduced, resold, altered, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
7. Portfolio & Promotion
- I reserve the right to display completed artwork on my website, social media, and promotional materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.
8. Cancellations
- Orders cancelled before work begins will receive a refund of any payment made, less any processing fees.
- Once work has started, payments are non-refundable.
9. Acceptance
- By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
